Develop strong customer retention by maintaining operational communication between guests, Casino Hosts & Executive Hosts; coordinating customer arrivals, hotel stays, reservations & other VIP events. Acts as a property information source for internal and external guests. Assists in administrative duties for Player Development Manager and Retail/Resort Club Manager.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate VIP Program.
  • Prepare all documentation, book guest reservations in applicable outlets.
  • Prepare guest arrival packets including hotel room keys and comps, maintain reports and logs associated with guest and host services.
  • Greet guests upon arrival, manage VIP account upon departure.
  • Managing payment of guest services, via credit, cash or comp, assessing proper payment received;  changing correcting or issuing alternate payment (i.e. comp instead of credit card) as instructed by Executive Host or Management.
  • Assist in implementing promotions and VIP Events.
  • Assist guests in locating other area amenities including but not limited to calling taxis, making other hotel reservations when Resort is full, acquiring event tickets, providing directional information.
  • Provide guests with property information, direction, hours of operation.
  • Assists in creating player development packages.
  • Coordinates customer events with Resort Club and other departments.
  • Assist with Resort Club services when appropriate for staff shortages promotions etc.
  • Proficient in management of KCMS customer accounts, incentive programs and comp and point programs.
  • Must understand how to interpret customer accounts relating to play, comps, actual win, & theoretical win.
  • Professional, polite, genuine and friendly disposition is a must when handling internal and external guests.
  • Must understand general operations of all departments and maintain accurate information of all changes affecting guests, including but not limited to hours of operation, changes in policies and procedures, gaming rules and regulations.
  • Must have good working knowledge of the area and community.
  • Other duties as assigned.
