We look for caring and attentive associates focused on providing efficient services and the highest levels of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the resort. Housekeeper(s) are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of guest room, floor corridors, and public areas. This position has a direct impact on the guest experience while staying at Grand Falls Casino and Resort.
Hours generally from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. depending on occupancy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Perform cleaning in all areas of hotel. Perform cleaning of all floor /room(s) such as but not limited to mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and making beds. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment. Follow directions thoroughly. Understand guests’ service needs Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Must be punctual Handle dirty and clean linens Greet guess with a smile At the end of the day empty trash in dumpster Answer questions regarding local area facilities and points of interest Replenish guest room with needed amenities, Notify supervisor/manager of any reported problems with rooms Carry out any reasonable request by management that does not place at risk your safety, security or integrity. Know and follow the hotel emergency procedures. Ability to work under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment. Other duties as assigned/needed. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. Good verbal and written communication skills.
