Summary:
Serving employee meals and overall operation of employee dining room.
Essential Functions:
- Restock all disposables.
- Clean and sanitize all food and beverage stations and employee dining area (tables, chairs, floor).
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Perform all other related tasks deemed necessary by management.
- Smile and make eye contact.
- Develops and maintains service standards.
- Helps ensures compliance with all company and Department of Health rules and regulations.
- Helps monitor and maintain outlet sanitation, storage and rotation of inventory.
- Keep outside patio neat and tidy.
- Wipe and sanitize all table tops.
- Ensure that all items in EDR refrigerator are dated, labeled, and discarded if past state regulated time frames.
Required:
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
- Must be able to work nights.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be able to stand for up to five (5) consecutive hours.
- Must be able to lift up to twenty- five (25) pounds, reach, bend, and stoop.

$15 w/ premium pay + profit sharing
