Summary:
The Cage Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising all cage and vault personnel, activities, and accountability. Cage Supervisors serve as a main point of contact for our guests and must have the ability to communicate effectively as well as provide exceptional guest service. This position has access to sensitive areas and therefore, the highest level of integrity and honesty are essential for this position. This position requires the ability to perform basic mathematical functions and prior cashiering or banking experience is required. • Employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits such as Health, Dental, Vision, Flex-Spending and 401(k). Essential Functions:
- Supervise cage cashiers in their regular shift duties
- Ensure accurate and secure operation of the cashier cage and vault
- Maintain professional working relationships with other Grand Falls team members
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required:
- Attend mandatory meetings and company required training
- Comply with all Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations as well as any other local, state, or federal guidelines
- Follow all Cage policies and procedures
- Ensure staff are following policies and procedures as well as IRGC rules and regulations
- Ability to obtain an IRGC license and pass a per-employment drug screening. Both will be arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment
- This is a Full-Time position. Applicant must have the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
