Summary:
NO SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE NEEDED. This is a "hands-on", “supervisor in training” position responsible for directing, leading and mentoring by example a crew of housekeeping team members performing numerous cleaning and custodial duties. The Dual Rate is the acting supervisor in charge of a crew of 6 front line employees in the absence of a full time department supervisor.
Essential Functions:
- This person will inspect all work areas and provide feedback and guidance ensuring the entire facility meets our stringent standards and expectations. Providing and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests, and staff is critical.
- General daily duties include: cleaning of Casino floor, offices, restrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, event center.
- Ultimate responsibility is to ensure the customer is impressed with the cleanliness of our facility, and has an exceptional experience during their time in our facility.
- This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work their way into a full time supervisory management role. The flexibility and willingness to alternate shifts and schedules is preferred. Typical shifts are 12hrs rotating with a 3-day weekend every other week. This position is also eligible for a full benefit package including quarterly profit sharing, PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K match, flex, Employee Assistance Program, wellness and fitness and employee discounts.
