Megan began her journey at Grand Falls Casino and Resort in 2019 as a table games dealer and supervisor. Her favorite games to deal are: Roulette, Texas Ultimate, and Freebet Blackjack. She moved to VIP in 2023 after graduating with her Associate's in Marketing. Megan has lived in Sioux Falls, SD most of her life. In her free time she likes to spend time with family, volunteer, cook, and shop. Her goal is to give our guests the best experience here at Grand Falls.

Lydia was born in our gaming capital of Las Vegas, where she grew up and graduated from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. She has spent most of her career as a news reporter/anchor for local news stations including Tampa Bay and Sioux City. She loves to spend her time outdoors or being around her two kitties Mamacita and Sam! Make sure to say hello to Lydia next time you see her on the Casino floor!

Nicholas was born and raised in Clinton, Iowa, where he lived out his entire youth before moving to Iowa City to attend the University of Iowa (Go Hawks!). He is number 7 out of 9 kids in his family with 4 sisters and 4 older brothers. After graduating college (Go Hawks again!) Nicholas worked at a children's summer camp in Rocky Mountain National Park. From there he worked and lived in ski country in Breckenridge, CO for 7 years. He moved back to Iowa in the most recent years and joined Elite Casino Resorts in 2022 at Riverside Casino and Golf Resort. On his days off, he loves spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan. His favorite teams are the Buffalo Bills and of course the Iowa Hawkeyes. Nicholas enjoys snowboarding, board games, or any type of physical activity. He is excited to continue his Elite Casino Resorts journey at Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort as a part of the V.I.P. team. He looks forward to interacting with a wide variety of guests and accommodating them in any way he can.
