Summary:
Serve as a Host in our Retail Shops. Greeting and encouraging purchases of merchandise. Create an exciting atmosphere for our guests to be comfortable in there gift and personal selections.
Essential Functions:
- Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop to maintain customer appeal.
- Know features and benefits of merchandise in the shop.
- Follow policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of resort activities, facilities, and amenities to ensure personalized guest service.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Required:
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
- Show the customer around the store and inform them of the merchandise we stock
- Be on the sales floor on time.
- Your uniform is clean and pressed following all other guidelines of the employee handbook.
- The associate is expected to do a walk through of the boutique to reacquaint themselves with changes and arrival of new merchandise
- Employees are expected to develop their product knowledge on a daily basis.
- All breaks and lunchtime breaks must be coordinated with other employees and approved by a supervisor.
- The phone must be answered properly
- CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS #1
- Meets company attendance policy
- May be required to work days, nights, and weekends.
- All other duties assigned

Salary:
$15.50 with premium pay + profit sharing
