Gift Shop Host

Serve as a Host in our Retail Shops. Greeting and encouraging purchases of merchandise. Create an exciting atmosphere for our guests to be comfortable in there gift and personal selections.

Essential Functions:

  • Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop to maintain customer appeal.
  • Know features and benefits of merchandise in the shop.
  • Follow policies and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of resort activities, facilities, and amenities to ensure personalized guest service.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.


  • Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
  • Show the customer around the store and inform them of the merchandise we stock
  • Be on the sales floor on time.
  • Your uniform is clean and pressed following all other guidelines of the employee handbook.
  • The associate is expected to do a walk through of the boutique to reacquaint themselves with changes and arrival of new merchandise
  • Employees are expected to develop their product knowledge on a daily basis.
  • All breaks and lunchtime breaks must be coordinated with other employees and approved by a supervisor.
  • The phone must be answered properly   
  • Meets company attendance policy
  • May be required to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • All other duties assigned




$15.50 with premium pay + profit sharing
