(Golf, Spa, Dining, Hotel)Essential Functions:• Perform daily revenue audits of resort transactions • Investigate variances• Post journal entries to general ledger• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions quickly, accurately, and efficiently• Create and update Excel reports• Perform month end reconciliations and other financial projects as assigned.Entry level position. This is a part time position.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform daily vault audit including review of all vault and cage transactions and trace information to daily reconciliation and various gaming reports.
  • Audit daily resort transactions for revenue outlets.
  • Record daily journal entries into general ledger.
  • Prepare daily revenue report for Directors.
  • Perform month end account reconciliations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required:

  • • Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
  • • Aptitude for working with computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • • Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • • Attend mandatory meetings and company required training
  • • Ability to obtain an IRGC license and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Both will be arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment

$18.00/hour including premium pay
